History and concept of Pietryna Apartments
The company CHILLINLODZ Sp. z o.o. manages the Pietryna Apartments, located on the 1st floor of a tenement house at Piotrkowska 103/105 in Łódź. The offer includes two twin 100 m² apartments. They are separate residential units, but can be rented together — connected by a shared balcony divided by a glass wall.
For a long time this place housed the Kawiarnia Ratuszowa (Town Hall Café), famous for excellent coffee and the unique view from the terrace onto Piotrkowska Street, stretching both north and south through the city. The Łódź City Hall is directly across from the apartments.
Knowing the history of this place, we created a space combining the highest quality of relaxation with the modern design Łódź is famous for. The proximity to the 24-hour Piotrkowska Street with its restaurants and clubs, plus short distances to many of the city's tourist and business venues, are further strengths of our offer.
The guiding idea of CHILLINLODZ Sp. z o.o. was to create a place in the very centre of Łódź to which one wishes to return with pleasure after an active workday, sightseeing or walking.
The home-style, private SPA — sauna and jacuzzi at Pietryna Apartments — is the perfect crowning of every guest's day.
We also took care of professional concierge service, which not only hands over the apartment but also looks after guests' comfort and exceptional experience throughout their entire stay.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Tastefully decorated, friendly and professional service, great location — you can rest comfortably in a very elegantly furnished apartment. Everything is new, comfortable and functional. A huge plus is being located directly on Piotrkowska Street — in the heart of Łódź, probably the densest cluster of restaurants, pubs, and everything worth seeing and tasting in Łódź. I've never encountered such professionalism anywhere else. From the very beginning — getting the keys, the walkthrough and instructions for all the "gadgets" (sauna light show, jacuzzi, fireplace, etc.) — through to the eventual check-out, my wife and I felt completely pampered. A beautifully designed apartment, comfortable in every corner. A great spot with direct access to Piotrkowska Street.
