Pietryna Apartments Terms

§ 1. General provisions

1. These Terms define the rules for booking and renting Apartments 1A and 1B in the building located in Łódź at ul. Piotrkowska 103/105.
2. The apartments are located in a residential building, therefore an absolute prohibition on organising parties and receiving guests during the stay applies, also during the day.
3. The maximum permissible number of persons present in the Premises is 3 adults. Children are not permitted in the Apartment.
4. Terms used in the Regulations mean:

   a) Rental (Najem)

   – the Lessor handing over the premises to the Lessee for temporary use and the Lessee's obligation to pay the agreed fee (rent) for the rental. The premises may be used solely for residential purposes. The Lessor does not consent to the organisation of parties or special-occasion gatherings in the rented Apartment.

   b) Terms (Regulamin)

   – these Terms for the rental of the Premises (Apartment).

   c) Premises / Apartment

   – premises intended for short-term rental.

   d) Lessee / Client

   – the person making the booking or the person indicated in the Apartment rental agreement.

   e) Lessee / Individual client

   – the person or persons making the booking of given Premises and using the Apartment.

5. By making a booking and renting the Premises, the Lessee confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
6. Information regarding prices and availability of the Apartments is provided through booking portals, the website, or directly by the Lessor.
7. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code.

§ 2. Methods of making a booking and payment terms

1. An Apartment booking can be made:
   • via booking portals (e.g. Booking.com),
   • by e-mail,
   • by telephone.
2. The booking is confirmed after payment has been made in accordance with the conditions specified during the booking process.
3. Failure to make payment within the required deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
4. In case of booking cancellation by the Client:
   • up to 30 days before the planned arrival – full refund,
   • later than 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show – the booking fee is non-refundable.
5. Cancellation of the booking should be made by e-mail.
6. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
7. In case of shortening the stay after it has begun, the fee for the unused period is non-refundable.

§ 3. Check-in and check-out of the Premises

1. Keys can be collected on the day the rental begins at ul. Piotrkowska 103/105 in Łódź, subject to prior arrangement of the check-in time.
2. Check-in is possible from 16:00.
3. Check-out should take place no later than 11:00 on the last day of the stay.
4. In case the Premises are not vacated at the specified time, the Lessor may charge a fee for an additional day of stay.
5. At check-in, the Lessee is required to present a document of identity.
6. At check-in a deposit of PLN 1,000 is collected, which may be used to cover damages or contractual penalties.
7. After inspecting the condition of the Apartment, the deposit is returned, provided no damage is found.

§ 4. Conditions for use of the Premises

1. Cleaning during the stay is included in the price only for stays longer than 7 days.
2. Additional cleaning is available at the Lessee's request for an additional fee.
3. In the Apartment an absolute prohibition on smoking tobacco and using candles applies. Violation of this prohibition results in a contractual penalty of PLN 1,000.
4. It is prohibited to use narcotics and other intoxicating substances.
5. The Apartment is fully equipped.
6. Using photographs or recordings from inside the Apartment for commercial purposes requires the written consent of the Lessor. Violation of this prohibition carries a penalty of PLN 5,000.

§ 5. Rights and obligations of the Lessee

1. The Lessee bears full material liability for any damage caused to the Premises.
2. The Lessee is obliged to immediately report any malfunctions and damage.
3. The Lessee undertakes to cover the costs of repair or replacement of damaged equipment.
4. The Lessee may not sublet or lend the Premises to third parties.
5. Only persons reported during the booking may stay in the Premises – a maximum of 2 adults.
6. For each additional person, a penalty of PLN 1,000 is charged.
7. On the building premises, night silence applies between 22:00–6:00.
8. It is forbidden to make changes to the Premises and to make duplicate keys.
9. In case of loss of keys or remote controls, a fee of PLN 300 applies.
10. Organising parties results in a penalty of PLN 4,000 and possible police involvement.
11. The Lessor reserves the right to report hidden damage within 24 hours after the end of the rental.

§ 6. Rights and obligations of the Lessor

1. The Lessor is not liable for items left in the Apartment by the Lessee.
2. The Lessor undertakes to perform any necessary repairs enabling proper use of the Premises.

§ 7. Personal data

The Lessee's personal data is processed by CHILLINLODZ Sp. z o.o. solely for the purpose of carrying out the booking and performing the rental agreement, in accordance with applicable laws on personal data protection.

§ 8. Rules for using the jacuzzi and sauna (Apartments 1A and 1B)

1. The jacuzzi and sauna may be used only by adults.
2. A maximum of 2 persons may use them simultaneously.
3. It is forbidden to use the jacuzzi and sauna:
   • under the influence of alcohol,
   • under the influence of narcotics,
   • in case of skin diseases or infectious diseases.
4. It is forbidden to bring in glass, sharp tools or other dangerous objects.
5. Persons using the jacuzzi and sauna do so at their own responsibility.
6. The Lessee bears full responsibility for their own safety and that of persons using these facilities.
7. Damage to jacuzzi or sauna equipment incurs a charge of 100% of the value of the damage.

§ 9. Final provisions

Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
